Catching Up

My husband is so much aware of the story about "ofizserye". An office flirtationship  starring  former friends.

He accidentally read the conversation one time when I asked him to checked my phone who texted me and my messenger is always open at our computer and in the tablet. So I just shared him the "ofizserye" story.

That was a former friend who chose to try the feeling of infidelity to her husband and the usual guy who will grab any opportunity for the girl who just opened the possibilities. Funny the girl always says they we're not doing anything wrong cause there's no physical contact. Alright, talk to the hand :p ..

Former friend because I refused to call her a friend, I burst out what I felt when she finally got what she wanted.  She lied for a purpose and use me.

Oh well this is not about them. This is about us, me and hubby, relating to what was happening to their marriage. FYI both the cast of "ofizserye" portrayed to have a happy complete family. Both were well of living and their husband and wife were successful professionals.

Oh life is not really fair. You can't have it all.

Anyway that's one of our hot topic during our date night. And as he said so, reason why other couple's tend to look for someone whom they can jive/ enjoy with because they were not enjoying their spouses company anymore. As he said never look for anybody's companionship aside from your husband/wife.
Very well said Sir.

But actually this is our pre-birthday celebration for him. Happy 32nd h0n. mwuahh.
So I posted this to my social media account with the caption.:

Don't ever stop dating your wife and don't ever stop flirting with your husband.. Baka sa iba pa makipagdate at makipagflirt yan

Swinging Together

Marriage life is a  not always a great journey. It's not always a lullaby like swing nor always a windy play. There were times that patience, love, trust and faith is being test. All you have to do is to hold on to each other. Each other is your strength. It's like riding in a literal swing with cedar swingsets while holding each other . To balance and keep it moving together. No one will go jump out without the other or it can't be as pleasurable as it is if there's no cooperation of each other.
In our case, I believe we are being tested by time and life challenges. We are facing troubles at times and as we go together the more we value and love each other. We appreciate our differences not contradict. We work on our issues and adjust so that we will complement. On how we cope up and see things in  different way help us to see things outside the box. We we're not perfect. We are not trying to be perfect, we just want to enjoy life and build better life for  our children. We have petty and big understandings. The good thing about our marriage is that we never clash. Hubby is always been patient enough not to fight  nor talk to me if I am mad. If we have issues we let ourselves calm down prior talking with each other. It may took days but not a week, I learned from hubby to clear my mind, calm my emotions and think of the resolution, compromise and ways to prevent a next big fight.  He never taught  me by words nor advises but instead I learned from his actions , then I confirmed to him if I am getting the message right. I may have a strong personality, I still need a husband that will guide me, feed my spiritual being and the one that I know whose always on my back no matter what. He may not be the guy that is at all times  strong enough to depend on but surely will never leave me.

Cheers to a decade of being together and counting more.

Valentines 2014

I never expected that I will still celebrate Valentine's day. For husband and I swore that everyday is a valentines to us as long as we we're together and happily facing each day with our little gems. That's why I am really surprise that day I received something from him. He picked me up from work from the usual place he did, we ate and have some little chat. Prior that week was a tough journey, since our son was confined aside from financial problems the thing that both of us bothers most was the condition of the baby. Thank God he never let us walk through our path alone and always let us feel blessed. Back again, he surprised me of a heart shape stuff with "I Love You" prints, an authentic Guess wallet and the most that touched me was the letter made by him. So personalized and so touching. Then again a frugal me attacked as I asked him why buy me an expensive wallet instead save for our kids necessities. He answered me that he bought it month before Valentines and before our son hospitalized. I told him that the letter suffice everything. For a person who rarely talk about his feelings, imagine what was the letter contents. So be it. Feels like yesterday we met as he let me feels I am still that special all through these years we've been together. This post was a bit late since I get pissed off from some issues of our customer at the shop. But I promised to myself I forgave her yesterday which I did. :)

Appreciating Him More

I do appreciate my husband . Seriously I do! I know how imperfect he is but seemed to be perfect to me. We may have some issues but we can immediately work it out. I appreciate his patience and his understanding. Even spoiling me at online shopping and my frequent visits to online shop like Zalora or any other online dealing websites. I love how we handle each others areas of opportunity's to work on. At time's I am stubborn, my husband always handling it to the full extent he can. We never met halfway when we're both mad. It's always one way or another rule. The reason that making me more appreciates him was knowing some people, some guys which do not have enough patience and love as him when it comes to their woman. I am a blessed mean woman having him in my life.

Not a Handy Man

He's superb in computers.
He's updated in Information Technology stuff.
He's a gadget buff.
He's playful daddy.
He's superb.
He's almost perfect for us.

---but he's not a Handy Man.

Yeah, He isn't. Carpentry such stuff is not for him. I am once laughed him about it when we were still two living in an apartment. Most of the time if I want to fix such stuff, I have to make it on my own. I cannot depend on him doing it or he will say pay someone to fix it for you. During those times I only thought that he was just being generous and playing lazy don't want to make his hands dirty. But today, as we practice a practical living, I found out the real reason. Hammer, nails and other carpentry tools isn't his friends. He can work with screws and screw driver IF it is for computers and computer casing and printers but not on woods, broken chairs or tables etc. The good thing about it is that, I myself love doing such carpentry works because of my endless DIY ideas. So we need not to argue who will hold and keep the hammer. Heehee.

My Rainbow

Our marriage journey is not always heaven but one thing that is always present is a rainbow within. Though how hard the road were going thru and dark it maybe, there's always a little twinkling colorful light showing. We were not staying together because we should nor got no choice nor for the kids. We were staying together because that's what we both wanted. We both choose. And we both know that what we chose is always the best among all options.

I am always be thankful the day that I flirted with a guy that don't like me but got no choice but to take care of me that night just because of a friend's request.  I never imagined that it will be the start of my never ending rainbow. Though I can't see the pot of gold at the end, I am already thankful that my rainbow has no end.

Kung Fu Movies

Aside from remarkable English movies, husband is also a fan of kung fu movies. Since this kind of movies is not usually being seen at the big screen nor advertised much in tv, I am sometimes wondering where he got ideas of the title of those he downloaded. Specially most of the movies isn't titled as English. He have a lot of collection of this kind of movies. Actually I am not particular what to put on my title because basically I also don't know if all the movies I am describing he had is properly tagged to kung fu. As long as I watch with fight scene with no guns and sword except only martial arts, I assumed it's kung fu. He said his passion with those kind of movies started in his high school days. Wherein their rectors were giving the interns time to watch movies once in a while as form of relaxation or a breather after a week or so of focusing on studies and most of it were martial arts related movies. Since husband and I been together we never missed a week without watching this stuff. Good thing about watching it, it had lesser violence than any other action movies. It's less violent yet full of actions. Sometimes I get tired of it I felt like we're watching same movies over and over again but with the help of subtitle and understanding the story I can say it's worth watching besides most of the story is about dynasty and china's history.

Unhealthy Lifestyle

I admit "masarap ang bawal" that we, couple did enjoy doing unhealthy activities for about a year more now because it feels good. I know and I am still 100% aware of what and where we are right now in our state of health. Having a second baby this soon, makes me realize to make everything right. But this is only a thought that I can't pursue to my husband. I have a hard headed man with me. He listens but he never took actions. A formerly gym addict now acting like a couch potato. I really don't know how and what to do more to make him start a good diet and an exercise. I don't want to make things reach first its worst before he took an action. I am threatening him of different illnesses ( and this is facts) he might have if he continues his sinful diet. But I felt like it didn't make sense to him. I also asks her mother to help me convinced him, her family as well but no one beats his hard head. I started to take care of my diet the day I found out I am pregnant. I may not be that health conscious but understanding the thought of our little angel inside me is all I think of to make things right. I feel like I am really changed. This motherhood changes me a lot and it feels great. But I am worried for husband. Let me share something too personal for me to consider *wink*. Every night I pray to God to please help him make his mind regarding on his health. I pray that don't give him lessons yet, instead chances because I know and I believe that one day he will realize everything. I know that God has a wide range of patience but I will also understand that he give lessons to those who forgets. Yet I am always afraid for the consequences of his doings.  I will never get tired of reminding him until he understands and with the help of my constant prayer I wish everything will start to change soon. Soon before we saw our second bundle of joy.

Here he is now, that arms isn't pure muscles anymore and the 8 months tummy.
I wanted to met this guy  again

27th High

I thought I couldn't make anything special on his day since I am a SAHM. Again for the nth time blogging moolah saves me!! Hubby is turning his 27th tommorrow glad that a week ahead moolah's already on my pp. I am not actually checking my Paypal account regularly. I only checked the email to be sure that I have been paid for the transactions I did. This is because whenever I am aware that I have some earnings there I am tempted to buy online deals. For the past five months I became an impulsive voucher buyer and I know that it isn't a good way of financing our needs. Anyway, I cannot afford  to give him a surprise since were together 24/7 but instead  I just plan of giving him a small party. It may be obvous but I know he will love it. Especially the fact that funds didn't came from our small business but on my blogging moolah. ( Until today he is hesitant to believe that I earn from blogging) Though he did experienced the fruit of blogging.

Tears of Joy.. For Real?!!

I am not an emotional type. Or rather I am but never shown my emotion to others or even to the closest person. I am tough. Hubby rarely sees me cry. As much as I control my emotion not to cry. I sometimes think I am a real guy. That crying is a sign of weakness for me to describe. That's why I experience tears of joy/overwhelming once. Last valentines day was my first experienced of it. I was amazed that it can happen to me to cry a river because of happiness. After that cheesy valentine, I never experienced it again. Even after I gave birth. Or should I say I am just tired of the process am gone through and got no chance to emote. I am happy, extremely happy for her arrival. But wait there's more... Here's the main character of my post.. The father. Hubby. As the nurse in the nursery showed them our angel, unconsciously a tear fell. He don't want it to be obvious cause he's with my mom and tried to wiped it away but it was then seen by mom. And as a secretive and private person I thought he will not tell it to anyone. Surprisingly as I borrowed his phone after 48 hours, when I try to clear his sent items, accidentally I read his messages to his boss and our godparent priest sharing his feeling.
hindi ko po napigilang maiyak faths nung nakita ko yung baby ko. ganun pala yun. I'm so very happy
Funny. I found it funny because I am not used to it that he will react that way and even told it to somebody but touching. I can feel how much he loves our princess. Every night though how dead tired he is, he still have time and energy to take care of his little girl. Lucky my princess right.

If Only I can, I Will

I promised hubby he will be back to school supposedly this year. It was to lather and get different certificates on programs relating to information technology. It is not a literal school schedule with units and etcetera only a specific programs and trainings. Since we got married, now having baby, plans were set aside. Those kind of certifications is not a joke at its expense. It actually cost huge to our budget. It's like taking a master degree. I know he still wanted to pursue that career though he's not bringing it up recently. Hubby is the eldest son, a father almost who has all the responsibility. Too bad to think though his siblings has family now, we still need to consider them, his mom and younger sister solely his (and now us) responsibility. As a wife, I know I need to accept those unacceptable truth. We are Filipino!Culture and beliefs! Though how I wanted to support hubby to his dream, he always said we still have priorities. I don't even want to be back on my field as a nurse for I know and aware that I will not be compensated well and that fact will not going to help us. I am then setting my plans to be back on a BPO industry after giving birth. Though we have a small business that can accommodate our everyday needs, seems it was still not enough as I have mentioned hubby has an never ending responsibility. The only thing that we see possibilities if we will both work and that's the time he can study. I know how hard for it to hubby but he never shows it. He just laugh at it, sometimes includes in his corny jokes but I can feel his eagerness to have trainings done. If fortunately we will be blessed so much next year, I want to give hubby what he's dreaming for. Cross fingers with prayers. I know we can!

26th Year of Existence

For I am aware that I only knew you in the recent 5 years . Exactly the day we met and counting more.  I wasn't aware that we have been together since were young. We're classmates in summer classes but we're not aware of. We have pictures that surprise us both as we checked our childhood photos for our preparation in our upcoming wedding. Faith lead us to different paths but still at the end of the line destiny made us met. That's how magic played into our life. Love unexpectedly. I still remember the first day you describes me as  a thin short lady, who was engaged in vices whom you said you'll never like for a lady. Yes you didn't like me but loved me and loving me. ;D and now calling me fat (same to you =)).. I still remember the days you were asking what's my shirt size, will you be looking to a teens or kids shirts to choose from to give as a gift to me, and today looking in the plus size to annoy me. (just like you ^_^) I have been by your side in your worst and best. We matured together and we will be growing old together.
Another year added for us to celebrate more. Now that we'll becoming three, you've become more of a loving man than ever before. Thank you for being you. For trying your best to give to me and to our angel literally everything that you can. The love, patience, understanding and lot more that you give to me every single day. How you make everything so light and positive in our darkest journey.

Happy Birthday Huny.. My snob, my best friend, my playmate, my commentator, my adviser, my pastor, my defender, my fan who always supports me, my lover, my partner and most especially my hubby.

Happy happy Birthday and We (our angel and me) Love you so Much..

He is a Loving but Strict Kuya ( Brother)

It needs me time to post for this because I need to ask for his siblings. Huny never been a brother to me hahaha.. He knew that. He's always been my baby and I am her ate slasher mom slasher huny.
Agnes said (his sister) huny always set as a good example to them. He minimizes flaws and faults and hides his bad self whenever his home. He rarely speak so he check his siblings activities in few words. Few questions but straight to what he wanted to know. He don't want her sisters wearing short shorts or revealing blouses. (conservative!) He plays basketball with his brother and it's friends to observe how they are outside home. He checks them by asking their mom to tell him the story or what happened in a week. That's why when his youngest brother was murdered he was too emotional, even up until today. He blames himself for what happened. He thought that he missed something for his youngest brother. That he failed his part as a brother.I even needed the help of his closest friend to calm him down and realized stop blaming his self. Gladly special thanks to Fr. Bubot for the help he was enlightened. And lastly, the best part as for her sister told me was, he never or hard to say no for a request. If he can, he always wanted to give everything.
I have a saint with me! hehehe.. Who will not be lucky having him then?!

First Time A Father But Husband of Three and Father of 6

With his first child (her sister's son)

Aside from being a father from his siblings, he is also a father to his nephews. Sadly but true. Oh just three siblings anymore because his youngest brother died last year due to gunshot wound. Going back, yes he is a father of three. While sending her younger sister to college, she engaged to unplanned/unexpected pregnancy. Huny was like in deep sorrow during that time when he found out that her sister is pregnant. His sister did not marry the guy and shockingly the guy was years younger to his sister so expect it to be shouldered by him. She and the scenario as well the reason why we planned only just this year of having our own baby. Not later than same year when her sister got pregnant, his younger brother's girlfriend also got pregnant. Another hit for him. His brother was only 18 and the girl was 25 years old that time. Older than the two of us. But he recuperates fast and seeing those things that happened as a blessing. That's what I love about him. He rarely speaks but took things positively.Again as the given situation it was then under his responsibility. But wait there's more ( sounds like selling hahaha) After the delivery of the first child of his brother not later than same year again the girlfriend got pregnant. ( and that did not make me smile promise! if I am going to discuss about this drama ha! it's never ending lol) He's solely responsible for two ladies and now three nephews. When it says responsible no matter how broad it is, that's it!
Now that we'll be having our own family, Huny is having a hard time saying goodbye to the one's used to be his "family" before. Not a hard time to himself but the hard time the "family". Not goodbye physically but goodbye to the responsibilities hopefully. Her sister already graduated from college and her boyfriend, the father of her child also living in their house and just recently have a work same as her sister. His brother already have a work and he thinks it's about time to call his family "HIS FAMILY". He gave her mom a fund for a small business to generate income to support for her youngest sister studies and her mom alone with her pension. He set all the things they needed  saying goodbye. But that truth that hurts is they were still not prepared and don't want to let go of Huny .
As a first time dad to our own baby, I can say he seems to be perfect. I guess his patience and being responsible has been tested for years because of his family. Now that we're having our own it's a lot different. More special, more caring and more of a perfect he wishes it to be.  I need not to bother myself thinking how will it be for huny to be a father. Because I have seen it long time ago.

If got confuse of my title here it is:
He has three wives. Me, his sister (He stands as a husband), and his brother's girlfriend (still stands as a husband)
Father of 6
her sister, brother and youngest sister and three babies
Here's my melo-dramatic and a little bit of frustration share on today's couple's Corner

A Good Son/Father

Huny is the eldest among in their family. Since his dad died when he's still in high school, he has no choice but to help his mom raising his 4 more siblings. At first, being in a father position is way out of his views. For him it's not a responsibility. He can help but not devotes his life. Which I beg to disagree. We had both same pattern of life. Early as 11 years old my dad passed away.  My eldest brother which is only 16 years old was also forced to the reality that we need to help each other to survive. Not thinking twice or thrice he devoted his teenage life until he reached 28 helping mom and us raising each other. No regrets, all of us finished our studies. That's what I wanted him to adapt. His the eldest and though was asked or oblige, he need to learn to help his siblings. We lived together as early as 21 years old both of us and I don't wanna be blame by his siblings or even his mom that I stole him from them even if it is also his decision. A year being together and with my persuasion he learned helping his family. When the time he decided to help his family, blessings  overflowed to him. We live wealthier than ever while helping his sister send to college and other siblings to school. He asks his mom to quit working and focused guiding his teenage younger sister and brother. He provide a better than ever living for his family. I am still the apple of his eyes but I am much happier that he thinks of his family.

Missing Each Other Much

We have been together for years, I wonder how  come we did not yet felt the feeling of boredom to each other. hahaha.. I am not wishing for it to come I am just wondering. Full straight three and a half years, literally everyday were together no missed. The first time we haven't been together was last April 2010 when his work demand for a travel to Cebu. It was the first time for three weeks away and we both feel sad about it. It even made him thought that he wanted to refused to his boss. But I disagreed to his idea. I explained that sooner or later we both need to hug changes in our living. It's not always about us. He gladly accepts and went to Cebu. But our communication was nonstop. We had text messages, ym or even skype and there were a lot of  times he called in a day. Expensive addiction (lol).

Especially now when we found out I am pregnant he misses me more and more.He always wanted to be by my side.He wants to always come home here at Cavite. But it's impractical again and his health will be compromised. I strictly scheduled his day when to come home and stay at our apartment. Since he continued paying the apartment, he must took the advantage of it.It's not that I don't want him to be home I just don't want to compromise his health. His gaining too much weight but not healthy. That's because lack of enough rest from commuting 3-4 hours going home. But every time he comes home I felt a different happy feeling whenever his around. Maybe that's how we love each other much. ^_^..No sawa factor!

Huny as a Husband

We're not yet married but we were getting married this August. It's because before I met him and till we've been together I don't believe in marriage. Anyway everything changed now. We have been living together for 5 years. We always have our own place and provide for our own. It's like a life of a married couple but only the absence of the holy sacrament. So we considered each other husband and wife.
He's not an ideal husband if it talks about household chores. Don't get me wrong with this I love him to bits and will never stay that long with him and looking forward more years to stay together if I did not. I pertains to household chores. A lot that He Can't! His family was not that rich but he was treated differently. He was spoiled by his mom. That until today I can feel that too much favoritism in their house when it talks about him. That leads him not to learn household chores. Blame it to her mom alone.(hehe) First years together was the hard part. I had to teach him everything. I am person knows how to live alone. I was taught and trained by my mom. Not only me but all of us three, my brothers and me. Mom taught us to be independent whenever and wherever. Move on our own. Live to survive.Couple's meant to help each other. Through thick and thin. From easiest to hardest. Husband cannot help me at home. He can but I prefer not to.^_^ He will just going to mess things. hehehehe.. He is the best cause he will do everything to work and earn hard to provide for someone to help me or do the task instead. Impractical? that's what he is. Little by little living with us (mom's house) he learned a lot. Somehow he's open for  changes and learning..hehehehe.His eagerness to learn makes me love him much.
Outside home he's the best. (bawi lol). He's a jealous hubby ever even until today that I am in my second trimester. It feels good because it makes me feel I am still the most beautiful though I gain weight and a lot of changes in my body due to pregnancy related reasons happened. Last night when were buying my milk and vitamins, somebody texted me. The number was not saved on my phone and the sender did not bother to introduce itself. It's just a simple "hi" and "how are you" message. Then he read it and ask me who was it. I said I don't know cause I really don't know who was it. He joked on me but not directly he just said that the pregnant lady has a textmate (may katextmate ang buntis). I laughed. I know it was a joke but that's how he is if he's jealous. Does it in a joke then later on keep on asking me who was it. The cashier even laughed and other customers. I supposed to feel ashamed but instead I felt proud.
Lastly, I will never forget the day when he chose me instead of his dreams, wants, some of his important friends and his own mom. It's just a short period of time commotion but it really has a big impact and tattooed on my heart. He never failed to let me feel I am the most especial.

Can't Be Away Without Me

It's for you snob!
He can't be away without me. Sweet but seems to be a threat. Sweet because it feels like he needed me always and he can't stand long in a place without me. A threat beause this means depending. Five years I established him to be independent. I succeded! He did, but not fully independent. Only to those people he used to depend with. He seems to be indepedent. But with me. He can't! Or maybe He was just worried for me. Since we're having our angel and he wants to take care of me full time. I shall look at it that way. Soon I will fiure it out..
I know you read my blogs though you say you don't. In your reactions, some sort of teased and your punchlines I knew you read it. Don't get me wrong on this. You know what I wanna be rigth?! I love you.. (=

One Two Step

Things are different now. It's totally different. I remember when Tata said before "iba na talaga buhay namin ni Joey simula nung araw na nalaman namin" (Things are different since the day Joey and I fopund out.) It's different feeling. Feeling a new adventure and path to take seriously. Now I understand what they means. Huny is more excited than me. More exaggerated than me. Extra caring than me. Sometimes I wanna feel like he's just caring extra of me because of the precious. Not solely and directly me. But that silly thought easily vanished whenever I hear him say a single word. He changed a lot. More mature and more of a man now. He's not a boy now. He knows now. I wanna thank Him how much he changed our life now. Hope and pray that everything is for good .
Thank you dear God. Hope you continue blessed me and huny and my now little family.

My Sweet Yayo

It's been exactly a week now that we're both sick. Somehow hon is doing great while me is not. I still feel sick and feeling that it even worsens. whatever! hihihi I don't give much of a care since I have the sweetest Yayo on earth!lol. Seriously hon really took extra care of me. Considering that he is just reuperating still he managed to take care of me.
